• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate brand details for AI-generated content.
• Content Review: You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publishing.
• Prohibited Use: You shall not use Lane Air to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activities.

• AI-generated content is created based on patterns and does not constitute professional or legal advice.
• Lane Air is not responsible for any misinterpretation, negative brand perception, or misuse of AI-generated content.
• You assume full responsibility for the content published using Lane Air and any consequences that may arise.

• Lane Air's Rights: We retain ownership of the AI models, software, algorithms, and platform infrastructure.
• User Rights: You retain ownership of the brand inputs and final AI-generated content created for your use.
• Limited License: You may use AI-generated content solely for your branding and marketing needs.

• Some services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees as per the pricing structure.
• Lane Air reserves the right to modify pricing and will notify users of any changes.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Lane Air collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• AI-generated content may be stored for model improvements unless you opt out.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

• Lane Air provides AI-generated content "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability.
• The platform bears no responsibility for financial losses, reputational damage, or legal complications arising from service usage.
• Maximum liability cannot exceed fees paid during the preceding 12 months.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of Lane Air after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
